During the Dolly Homecoming Parade, Ms. Parton will be sitting atop her float leading the parade through town. More than 50,000 visitors will line the Parkway to experience this annual event. This year spectators can expect to see even a "9 to 5" float based off Dolly's movie! Plus there's even planned sightings of a submarine and NASCAR racecar.

Ripley’s year-round haunted house will be bringing a little bit of New Orleans flair to their Gatlinburg location for thirteen nights. “We’ll have zombies, voodoo queens, bayou creatures, and Louisiana swamp men. I wanted to bring that swampy, mysterious, Louisiana feel to Gatlinburg, Tennessee this October!”
There is no extra charge for the special Fright Nights shows which run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October as well as Halloween night. Shows are kicked off nightly at 6:13pm with a character parade.
